Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between Opus GmbH and our customers. By commissioning our services, you accept these conditions.

We provide services in the field of decorative surface design, including consultation, material delivery, and professional execution. The specific scope of services results from the respective offer.

Our prices are exclusive of statutory VAT. Payment is due within 14 days of invoicing without deduction. In case of late payment, default interest of 9% above the base rate will be charged.

Deadlines are only binding if confirmed by us in writing. We strive to meet agreed deadlines. Delays due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances do not entitle to claims for damages.

We guarantee professional execution of our work according to recognized technical standards. The warranty period is 2 years from acceptance of the service. In case of justified defect claims, free repair will be provided.

Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, with liability limited to typical and foreseeable damage.
